Your $250 deposit will hold your requested booth space until September 30, 2008. Full booth fee must be paid by January 20, 2009. Exhibitors who have not paid in full will not be allowed to set up their booth on the Show floor.
Please make sure we have a list of ALL people who will be working at your booth during the show at least one week before the start of the show (February 19, 2009). Set-up dates and times as well as other important information will be in your Exhibitor Manual; please read it thoroughly. If you have any questions, please contact the show office at 717-846-3339.
