Your $250 deposit will hold your requested booth space until
September 30, 2008. Full booth fee must be paid by January 20, 2009.
Please make sure we have a list of ALL people who will be working at
your booth during the show at least one week before the start of the
show (February 19, 2009). Set-up dates and times as
well as other important information will be in your
Exhibitor Manual; please
